Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LoadWise AI. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What the service does
LoadWise AI uses AI to generate personalized training plans based on the profile and equipment you provide. Plans include suggested weights, sets, repetitions, rest intervals and form cues.
The service provides fitness information, not medical advice, and does not create a trainer–client or clinical relationship. See our health disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
2. Trainer and client relationships
Trainer and client relationships. Where a trainer and a client connect through LoadWise AI, the professional relationship is between them alone. LoadWise AI provides software — a place to record assessments, build and share training plans, and keep notes — and is not a party to any agreement, engagement, or course of training between a trainer and their client.
Professional responsibility rests with the trainer. A trainer using LoadWise AI is solely responsible for the professional judgement in everything they prescribe, record, or share through it, and warrants that they hold whatever registration or licence their jurisdiction requires to practise (in Brazil, registration with the relevant CREF under Lei 9.696/1998).
Consent and assessment documents are the trainer's own. LoadWise AI may provide document templates as a convenience. It does not draft, review, endorse, or warrant the legal adequacy or enforceability of any consent form, waiver, or assessment record used through the platform, and nothing in a template constitutes legal advice. A trainer relying on one should have it reviewed by their own lawyer for their own jurisdiction.
Liability limits differ by country. Some jurisdictions — Brazil among them — do not permit a supplier to exclude liability toward a consumer, and any clause in a template purporting to do so may be unenforceable there. Nothing in a template overrides a consumer's rights under applicable law.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By using the service you confirm you are medically fit to exercise, or that you have taken professional advice.
4. Your account

- You are responsible for activity under your account
- Tell us promptly about unauthorised use
Accuracy matters here: body metrics directly drive the training loads the AI suggests. Inaccurate data can produce unsafe prescriptions.
5. Plans, trials and billing
Tiers
- Free — three AI-generated training plans and three equipment photo scans
- Coach — unlimited AI plan generations and ten equipment photo scans per month
- Pro — everything in Coach, plus unlimited equipment photo scans
Paid tiers are offered on a monthly or an annual billing period, and are priced in your local currency where we support one. The amount that applies to you is the one shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe, and it is confirmed at checkout before any payment is taken.
Features marked "coming soon" on our pricing page are not yet available. They are shown to indicate direction only, and are not part of what you are purchasing. Subscribe based on what a tier does today.
Free trial
Paid plans begin with a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription renews automatically and your payment method is charged.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually, whichever you chose — until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your profile. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. Prices are shown in US dollars or Brazilian reais, depending on where you are located, and exclude any taxes that may apply.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the service is not working for you, email support@loadwiseai.com within 30 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full, with no questions asked. The free trial exists so you can evaluate the service before being charged at all. Beyond that 30-day window, and except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Price changes
We may change prices. Existing subscribers will be given notice before a change takes effect, and may cancel if they do not accept it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account or resell access without our written permission
- Scrape, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models
- Submit photographs of people without their knowledge and agreement
- Upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content
- Disrupt the service or attempt to bypass usage limits or security
- Use the service to give fitness advice to others commercially, unless we have agreed a plan that permits it
7. AI-generated content
Plans are produced by AI and may contain errors, unsuitable prescriptions or exercises that do not fit your circumstances. They are suggestions, not instructions. Apply your own judgement, and stop if something feels wrong.
We do not warrant that plans will be accurate, complete, safe for you specifically, or effective for your goals.
8. Intellectual property
The service, its design and its software belong to LoadWise AI. Plans generated for you are yours to use for your own training. You may not redistribute them commercially without our permission.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service. Where a paid feature is withdrawn permanently, we will provide notice.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, or where required by law. On termination your right to use the service ends immediately.
11. Limitation of liability
You exercise at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoadWise AI is not liable for injury, health complications or losses arising from your use of plans generated by the service.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be signalled by the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notified directly. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
